  • Spaghetti Squash (170g/serving)
  • Mixed veggies (50g frozen or fresh)
  • Lean ground turkey or seared/grilled shrimp (4oz/serving)
  • Non fat/low fat Marinara sauce (30g) mixed in before consumption


To make this prep your own, try your favorite spices and seasonings on the spaghetti squash, turkey and or shrimp. Enjoy!
