Prep Recipe: 3 Day Ground Beef and Cod Meal Prep

A three day meal prep prepared in less than half an hour by @dannysfitfood

Meal 1: 

  • Lean ground beef with lots of everything spices.

  • Spicy, cauliflower rice with red onion and yellow tomatoes, broccoli and baby rainbow carrots.

Meal 2: 

  • Baked cod with lemon and garlic and mixed veggies

  • Red grapefruit and navel orange segments.
