Prep Recipe: Zoodles (Zucchini Noodles) and Seared Shrimp

Meal Prep Idea:

  • Zucchinni Noodles and Seared Shrimp

Recipe Servings:

  • 18 Small Shrimp
  • 4-5 Medium Zucchinis
  • Olive Oul
  • 1 Cup Diced White Onion
  • Basil Leaves
  • Rosemary
  • Garlic Seasoning


  • Using a spiralizer tool, turn the zucchinis into noodles. 
  • In a large skillet, heat a few teaspoons olive oil, the onion, basil leaves & rosemary. 
  • In a separate pan, cook the shrimp until they turn pink. 
  • Once onions are translucent, add the zoodles. 
  • Cook until zucchini noodles are soft. Top with garlic seasoning seasoning. (Feel free to add Parmesan cheese or other toppings) 
  • Combine zoodles & shrimp in a bowl or meal prep container for the week.
